  • Can I Make Payments?

    Yes, you can make payments. We have partnered with Acorn Finance to allow flexible payment options for our customers. See the finance page for more information.


    Didn't qualify? No problem! You can make payments to us directly for your project. Once 60% of the stone has been paid for, we will pull it from inventory and start your project.

  • How Do You Structure Your Pricing?

    We have flat-rate pricing, meaning all blasting on the front of the stone is included in the price. Once you've chosen a stone, we will figure in additional work, then add sales tax.

  • What is Included in the Price You Quoted?

    When we give you a quote, we figure in many things. We will consider the stone, any additional services (ex. bronze plating, photo inlays, colored lithography, etc.), sales tax, installation charges and also any cemetery charges (ex. foundation pours, installation charges, admin fees, etc.).

  • How Long Will the Project Take?

    There are many things that influence the timeframe when designing headstones. Anything from customizations, services added, weather and cemetery arrangements can make an impact. You can expect to wait anywhere from 6-10 weeks to 8-9 months. The more customizations, it is likely the project will take longer. We will keep you informed every step of the way.

  • What is Your Process for Ordering?

    Design - Once you've picked your marker style, size and color, you will sit down with a designer to go over all requests and preferences.


    Final Quote - We will work out a final quote for the total project once design is finalized.


    Approval - Prior to any work, the stone has to go through an approval process between all parties (ex. HH, customer, and cemetery.) This is to make sure all parties are satisfied with design, and it meets requirements of the cemetery.


    Payment - Once 60% of the stone cost has been paid, we will pull stone from inventory. If it is custom, we will place the order for the granite. Please ensure the entire cost of the stone & all cemetery fees are paid for prior to installation. If both are not taken care of, the installation will be rejected until paid.
